Nordea’s third and fourth largest owners, pension company Alecta and fund manager Swedbank Robur, will vote in favour of a proposal to move the bank’s headquarters from Sweden to Finland at Thursday’s AGM.

Alecta does not believe the relocation of the headquarters will have any direct impact on Nordea customers or the Swedish banking market.
