Sweden’s 50 top executives earned on average SEK 21.6 million in 2017. This is equivalent to 59.2 salaries for industrial workers, or 83 salaries for a care assistant, according to the Swedish Trade Union Confederation’s (LO) annual report.
This is an increase from 55.1 industrial salaries in 2016, comments LO’s chair Karl-Petter Thorwaldsson. The top 50 also includes only four women.
