On Wednesday it was announced that Hexagon’s CEO Ola Rollén would be cleared. He was being prosecuted in Oslo District Court for insider trading and risked up to 18 months in prison.
“The court has concluded that it is overwhelmingly likely that Rollén did not have insider information when he traded shares in Next on behalf of Greenbridge,” read the verdict.
“I feel relieved about the verdict which confirms what my lawyers and I have said from the very start; that I have not done anything wrong,” says Ola Rollén in a written statement.
